Banana

This dessert is an inspiration of one of my favorite snacks that i used to make when i didn't have much money, Nutella and Banana sandwich, I added strawberry puree as well, the only thing missing is some herbal accents, other than that im happy.  The ice cream has a small amount of gellan gum in it, and i have to say, It is the best textured ice cream i have made.
