Bubble gum, coconut, black sesame.
This sounds a little strange but I assure you this combination works, It started with the bubble gum and what flavors do I think of when I chew it, for me I get coconut, passion fruit, strawberry etc. So coconut seemed like a good candidate, then my first choice was corn for the sponge cake, which may work well also, But, I felt black sesame would do a better job contributing to the whole dish.
Bubble gum meringue and pudding, coconut ice cream, black sesame sponge.
