Cod, textures of carrot and edamame


Elements of this dish include:

Sous vide cod
Glazed baby carrots
Shaved raw baby carrot
Edamame
Edamame puree
Tomato confit
Crouton

This is my first post, as you can see, the picture quality is poor. I need to work on getting a better camera, but this is a good start.
